I decided to make guacamole. I over did it with the onion and garlic. To compensate I added extreme amounts of lime juice. It was a disaster until I discovered a trick which I believe can solve all cooking problems. Mayonaise! My dish of green sludge became a creamy wonder. I'm a genius. |
