I'm going on vacation tomorrow. My airplane picks me up at 9:45 am and returns me on the following Tuesday -- time unknown.

I'm looking forward to two things. I'm looking forward to Wednesday. On Wednesday I will be sitting in a bar with a number pinned to my shirt waiting for someone to send me a secret message. Hopefully it says "Let's fuck" and not "You're gross." I'm fascinated by this concept. Males meeting females in a semi-anonymous way. Intriguing.

I'm also looking forward to Thursday. Thursday is the day I meet a rock star. Thursday is what I have been waiting for. It all happens Thursday.

Every other day is up in the air. Nobody knows yet.

During my time away I suggest you all rent the movie "Secretary." It might be my second favourite love story. It's quirky and funny and full of saddo-masochism. Ciao.
